Advice on Dating a Girl?

I'm in middle school and i was looking for advice on asking out a girl. I'm one of those really shy people and i don't know how to ask a girl out. Can anyone help me out? Also, If i ask a girl out, could someone give me some advice on where to go with her and how to kiss her? And, could any girl tell me what a girl likes in a boy?Advice on Dating a Girl?

As for what a girl likes in a boy, I personally like boys who are sweet but can make jokes. I also like guys who are sensitive.
