Girl Help!!! Damage Hair Advice!?

Hi guys! My hair is getting pretty damage and I was wondering how to fix it. I have very very curly, frizzy hair and I straighten it almost everyday. I also dye my hair once a month. I know that I should stop straightening and dying my hair but I really love how it looks and I never felt more confident. Is there a way to continue straightening and dying and fix my damage hair? Thank You!!!Girl Help!!! Damage Hair Advice!?
your hair to get mostly dry and use the dryer to style to minimize damage. Use a protective styling agent like Graham Webb Heat Response Firm Finish Spray that will protect the hair from the heat and leaves the hair super soft.

Consider using a more gentle shampoo, even baby shampoo, and a leave in conditioner like Infusium 23. Another conditioning idea is when you hair is wet, rub a dime size dollop of jojoba oil to your hair from about the ear down and comb through. This will soak in to the hair shaft. If you blow dry it in like a styling tool, this is a good way to wear your hair in a French braid or chignon or up in a hair clip and keep it neat and be able to wear a deep conditioner as a styling treatment.

Once you rinse out the jojoba treatment, assess the health of your hair. Trimming split ends will improve the health and appearance of your hair and help you assess the health of your hair to decide what needs to be done.

Coloring your hair darker will often conceal damaged sections and make the hair shaft smoother. This is not the case with highlighting or going lighter, which strips the hair. Coating your hair with a glaze at the salon will smooth the cuticle and make the hair look healthier.

Another option for styling is to consider the use of steam curlers such as Vidal Sassoon or Caruso curler. These curlers work like regular electric curlers but they run on steam not dry heat, so they infuse moisture with the heat and hold a curl for days. This gives your hair volume and allows you to restore moisture to your hair.

After a few weeks of giving your hair a break and using some products like Infusium leave in treatment and minimizing the use of heat styling appliances will help restore your hair for summer hairstyles.

i have the same problem.

get this conditioner called sunsilk heat therapy.

leave it on after you wash your hair for like 3-5 minutes.

do it everyday, and you hair will be so soft!

i had bleached my hair and it was REAL damaged.

within a week it felt healthy againa fter using that shampoo.

try cutting down on the hairstraightening.

only do it when nessecary.and, try only washing your hair every other day.still condition it though.you can straighten your hair, not get your hair wet when taking a shower and still have it straight for the next day,so that saves you some damage.and try finding some up dos you can do without straightening.try straightening your hair once or twice a week for a while, and your hair will get healthy.

also, try taking biotin.its a vitmain that is used for hair skin and nail health.
If I were you (and I have been in that situation before), I would go to a salon and get a conditioning treatment. It only takes about 15-20 minutes and your hair feels wicked after wards. Also, clipping some of those dead-ends would probably help, too.

I just got a chemical relaxer put in my hair, and while it's not great for your hair, it will calm it down and make it not so crazy or curly. That way, you may use the straightener less, like me!
So, I know you love it, but please stop dying your hair once a month. That's really bad, as you know.

Maybe dye it like once every two months. That would be even better.

And that's probably the reason why your hair is frizzy and dry and is everywhere because you dye it way too much. And too soon.

So I say dye it once every 2-3 months.

And for the straightening thing,

find a good hair straightening anti-heat damage spray to put on your hair before straightening it. But buy a really good one. And probably an expensive one 'cos cheaper ones have the better chance to ruin your hair straightener too.

So there you go,

I hope I helped ;]
Try using pantene shampoo and conditioner for color treated hair. Also buy a leave-in conditioner. If you use a brush while it's wet, STOP. Use a wide-toothed comb or a regular comb. Brushing it while it's wet will fray it. Also try using some heat-styling spray that protects it while you straighten it.
How often are you getting your hair trimmed? You should get it done about every 4 weeks to keep it the length you have, 6 to 8 to let it grow. Especially if you have dryness or damage already. The only way to get rid of damage is to cut it off. Using good products can help though. Try Redken Extreme for damaged hair http://www.redken.com/products/haircare. Also be sure to use a heat protector before using the flat iron and make sure the iron isn't too hot. Over the counter dyes are drying and using them every month probably isn't helping either.
Get it all chopped off, into a bob, i had to do the same! i really miss my long hair it was under my bra strap, i feel naked with out my longer hair no joke:L

just get it all cut of into a bob and use an Aussie heat protection spray, helps so much, i use it i dont have as many split ends anymore and i use GHD's everyday
the best thing to do is get all of your split ends cut off. if you do this it will help your hair grow much faster. you should probably do this every three to six months.

also when you straighten your hair use a kind of spray for heat damage on your hair and use it before you straighten your hair.

hope this helped (:
Don't straightn it everyday, or you can buy a hot oil treatment, makes your hair soft!

or put something in your hair b4 u straightn, (like a serum)
